Can I change the long line length?
Yes — the bundle comes with the 15m long line by default, but you can swap it for the 5m or 10m at no extra cost. Just select your preferred length at checkout.
Is this bundle suitable for puppies?
Yes — long lines are actually one of the best tools for teaching recall to a young dog. Just make sure your pup is big enough and confident enough to handle the line you choose. For most large breed puppies, the 10m is a good starting point.
Is the bowl dishwasher safe?
A quick rinse with warm soapy water is usually all it needs. Check the bowl itself for specific care instructions, but a hand wash is the safest bet to keep it in good nick.
Can my dog wear the glow collar instead of their normal collar?
The glow collar is designed as an extra visibility layer, not a replacement for your dog's regular collar with ID tags. Pop it on over the top — or alongside — their everyday collar when you head out at dusk or after dark.
