Change of Mind Returns While the Australian Consumer Law does not obligate us to accept returns for a change of mind, we want you to love what you've purchased! Therefore, at Big Dog Things, we offer a generous 30-day return policy for items that are in their unused, unopened, and original condition. If you change your mind, simply reach out to us—though please note that return shipping costs will need to be covered by you.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or doesn't match the description, we're on hand to fix the issue. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange for a prompt return, replacement, or refund, including the shipping costs to ensure you're not out of pocket.
Your Rights Under the Australian Consumer Law Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement or refund if the product is not as described. You're also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
